Stuart Paterson
Founder & Managing Director
Stuart founded Allbyn in 2021 to prioritise people over profits and KPIs. Since then, he has worked with clients ranging from pre-launch funds to listed global investors. Stuart provides career advice at all levels and consults on compensation and team structures. As a strong advocate for an equal society, he actively participates in discussions on diversity and inclusion.
Allbyn has enabled Stuart to pursue his passion for helping others, including building a three-classroom school in Liberia and funding education for 1,000 children in Cameroon.
Outside of work, Stuart is a proud father and taxi driver for his two young girls.
Danielle Chetty
Operations Director
Danielle joined Allbyn as operations director in 2021, bringing over a decade of senior marketing experience running complex, multi-channel, high-value projects for blue-chip organisations. Currently studying psychology, she integrates her passion for well-being and psychometrics into her work, enhancing team dynamics and operational efficiency.
Danielle's unique blend of marketing expertise and psychological insight drives her approach to fostering healthy, productive workplace environments in commercial settings.
Joe Watkins
Director
Joe specialises in hiring at all levels for private equity funds, with a focus on real assets. He has collaborated with a diverse range of funds, from entrepreneurial and mid-sized to some of the world's largest.
With over a decade in recruitment, Joe is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with his clients. The career advancements he facilitates and the tangible impacts on businesses drive his dedication to this field and his continuous learning and development.
Every day brings new challenges, whether he's managing a multi-hire project for an established fund or finding niche skills in unconventional areas. Joe's success lies in understanding the nuances of each search. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and following sports like football, boxing, golf, and Formula 1
Farha Salim
Research Associate
Farha is a research associate at Allbyn, joining the team in January 2024 after graduating from the University of Southampton with a degree in Business. She primarily works on private equity roles and builds relationships within the private market.
Farha is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is committed to advancing DE&I initiatives at Allbyn to ensure representation in private market firms.
Outside of work, she enjoys football, Formula 1, and spending time with friends and family.
Victoria Cannon
Marketing Assistant
As a marketing assistant at Allbyn, Victoria plays a crucial role in developing and executing the company's marketing campaigns. Her responsibilities encompass content creation, where she crafts engaging and compelling material.
Additionally, she manages Allbyn's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and interaction with the online community. Through her efforts, Victoria contributes significantly to the overall success and visibility of Allbyn's marketing initiatives.
